Programmes F4F feature image

Overview

F4F is a programme created in 1993 that develops people through encouraging them to search for values-centred decision making in personal and professional life whilst creating positive change in their communities and countries. Originally developed for Central and East Europe, its main activity is still in that region.

  • It runs courses that bring a different perspective to participant's attitudes and thoughts, inspiring vision and purpose. Follow-up activities build up local teams to the point where they can initiate and sustain their own projects to transform their societies.
  • F4F courses are often run at the request of other organisations and NGOs in order to develop values-based leadership, transparency in professional life and inter-cultural dialogue.
  • F4F takes a 10 to 20 year view by working with young people such as students and young politicians, some of whom will become leaders in the future and will be able to shape the political, social and organizational culture around them.
  • The programme has inspired the formation of a network of groups and individuals who share the same values and care about spiritual growth and ethical development on an individual, regional, and international level.
